I founded Thrive with EQ after nearly two decades at NATO, where I led high-stakes crisis management strategies and collaborated with global leaders across 40+ nations. I saw firsthand that in times of uncertainty—whether dealing with cybersecurity threats, AI adoption, workforce transitions, or leadership challenges—one truth remained constant:
